School Uniform
Dear Parents and Carers, We have recently reminded all boys about our expectations regarding uniform and we would be grateful if you could reinforce this at home. I am delighted to report that the vast majority of students wear the uniform correctly and look smart and professional. Unfortunately, a small number of students have had to be reminded about our expectations, particularly around jumpers and the wearing of hoodies. Students in Year 7-11 are expected to wear the uniform as outlined on the school website: https://www.kings.lincs.sch.uk/page/?title=School+Uniform&pid=251 . If students wish to wear a jumper then it needs to be a plain grey V-neck jumper and Year 12-13 may wear a plain grey or plain black cardigan, provided the cardigan remains buttoned up and is worn under the blazer. Trousers should be black and jeans or cords are not permitted. Students are not permitted to wear hoodies or trainers. Black Nike trainers which are commonly sold as shoes by some popular sports retailers are not acceptable footwear and all students should wear black shoes. Thank you for your support. Justin Dixon |
