Support
Please tick all the costs you would like to claim help with. Where possible, The King's School will make payments ‘in kind’– in other words - we will provide a bus pass, buy equipment, clothing or books on your behalf or arrange payment for educational visits. We may ask you to return books and equipment at the end of your study programme so that they can be used again. We will need to agree any purchases in advance. You will need to complete a claim form and attach your receipts as proof or purchase. Payments will be made by BACS transfer.
Declaration
By submitting this form, I and my parents declare that all information I have provided in support of this application for the Bursary is correct and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if false or incomplete information is submitted which results in an overpayment, all future payments will be stopped and The King's School will seek repayment of payments made. The matter may also be referred to the Education and Skills Funding Agency and/or the police, with the possibility of facing prosecution. I undertake to notify The King's School in writing of any changes to the information provided, which may affect my eligibility for the Bursary.
All payments/funding will be subject to the following:
At least 95% attendance, no unauthorised absence and minimal lateness
Making at least satisfactory progress and completing course requirements
Adherence to The King's School Code of Conduct
The bursary may be withdrawn if any of the above is not satisfactory.
